Pre-orders
● A pre-order beer is a beer that has been confirmed and will therefore be delivered by HopInCraftbier. The expected delivery date is stated on the overview pages and the detail page of the beer.
● A pre-order beer can be ordered and paid for in the same way as a beer in stock — it will be shipped as soon as it arrives at HopInCraftbier.
● Does your order contain both beers in stock and pre-order beers? Then the entire order will be shipped as soon as all pre-order beers are in stock.
● Would you like to receive the order sooner? The order can be split, but this may result in additional delivery costs.
● Because pre-order beers are ordered in the same way as beers in stock, the general terms and conditions apply.

Reservations
● Send us an email or a WhatsApp message with the beers you wish to reserve.
● You will receive confirmation from us as to whether the beers are reserved or if you are on the waiting list — first come, first served.
● As soon as we have confirmation that the beers are on their way, we will contact you. You then have 5 days to confirm the purchase.
● Upon purchase, we will process the order, provide you with the payment details, and inform you about the desired delivery. From then on, our general terms and conditions apply.
● If you do not confirm within 5 days or decide not to purchase, the beers will become available in the webshop.
● As soon as the beers are in stock and payment has been received, we will ship the order or notify you that it is ready for collection.
● Would you like the reserved beers shipped together with another order? Let us know — this can reduce shipping costs or even make them free.
