Everyone knows, of course, the famous song by Queen and the Starman, David Bowie. Few people know that they were all very close to a certain Sir John who, at the time, was only at the stage of refining his IPA recipes. This beautiful IPA, far from its British counterparts, is typical of big American juices. Hopped with NelSon Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Rakau, Cascade NZ and Hopkief from Southern Cross, it has also been boosted with a nice dose of honey during the boil to add roundness and creaminess to this beautiful hop bomb. So, do like Ziggy and put on your éclair or do like Freddy and don your best mustache and party on!
