With Cherokee, Caleya truly pulls out all the stops in a massive 7.8% Double Hazy IPA. Alongside the classic heavyweights Citra and Nelson Sauvin, the brewers have boosted the batch with the legendary Waimea Hop Kief extract from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. This liquid hop juice provides unreal aromatic saturation and an oily, creamy body. On the palate, a layered flavour profile explodes: rich notes of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and gooseberries (Nelson) blend with passion fruit, sweet mango (Citra), and an intense, resinous citrus punch from the Waimea. Powerful, full-bodied, and fabulously smooth.
