This NZ Double NEIPA DDH combines two different but complementary New Zealand terroirs. The Nelson Sauvin comes from Sunrise Valley Farm (plots 16, 22, 21 & 9) in a mild maritime climate that lends a touch of freshness. The Manilita, on the other hand, is grown at Nelson Lakes Farm (plot A1 in the Tutaki Valley) on sandy loam soil. The combination is rich in oils and focused on exotic notes (mango, passion fruit).
