Our second round of Maximum focuses again on a large number of hop varieties incorporated into a single beer. Most of our IPA’s are produced with 2 or 3 varieties. For this iteration of Maximum, we’ve introduced 5 unique hop products - Idaho 7 Cryo, Mosaic, Strata, Citra and Rakau X (Rakau cut with high-lupulin Riwaka finings). The result is a cornucopia of hop flavor and a really fun exercise in utilizing different hops at different stages in the brewing process.
