One of the most striking variants from the 2026 Bourbon County range. Goose Island first aged this imperial stout in bourbon barrels, with the addition of espresso, cocoa nibs, and vanilla. The beer then received a finish in rum barrels. As the name promises, you taste a dessert in a glass: coffee, cocoa, and creamy vanilla, complemented by the sweet, warm touch of rum and the deep bourbon and oak notes of the base beer. Full, rich, and seductive. Perfect to end the evening or alongside a real dessert.
