Pachanga is Spanish for a casual, lively party.
This 8.0% Hazy Double IPA is brewed with an absolute dream trio of hops: the infallible Citra, the exorbitantly expensive Nelson Sauvin, and the refined New Zealand Wai-iti. The beer flows into the glass golden yellow, thick, and milky hazy. On the palate, an insanely layered fruit cocktail explodes: rich notes of Sauvignon Blanc grapes and gooseberries (Nelson) blend beautifully with sweet mango and passion fruit (Citra). The Wai-iti hop completes the party with a fresh, lively kick of fresh lime and peach aromas. The body is extremely creamy, lumpy, and pillowy soft, where the alcohol percentage is magically completely invisible behind the intense hop saturation.
