Unholy Church is the fifth, groundbreaking collaboration between Omnipollo and the American death metal brewers Brujos Brewing from Portland. With a massive alcohol percentage of 10.0%, this Triple New England IPA was inspired by Brujos' liquid hop extract "Quantum Galaxy". This brew revolves entirely around the intensity of Australian Galaxy hops in absolute top condition, backed by Citra and a touch of Nelson Sauvin. Thanks to a massive mash of 25% oats and wheat, this is a silky smooth liquid monument in which the colorful world of Omnipollo clashes with the darkness of Brujos.
