This NZ NEIPA DDH showcases two New Zealand farms. On the land side, Sunrise Valley Farm grows Rakau on its clay-loam soil in the Moutere Valley (plots 1, TS/TN, Waghorn A). On the coast, Waimea Plains Farm cultivates Nectaron on the Teapot plot. Harvested late, these oil-rich hops result in a very expressive profile, with notes of ripe tropical fruit.
