For the next chapter of our Imperial Stout collaboration series with our friend Erik Busch at LongStory Coffee we took inspiration from popular coffee drinks at his cafe. LongStory Chapter 3 is a Caffè Mocha-inspired Imperial Stout aged for over 15 months in a Switchgrass Spirits Bourbon barrel. It was then conditioned on LongStory barrel-aged coffee, which was aged in a used Millpond Imperial Stout barrel, and Tanzanian cocoa nibs.
