The second release of Ghost Elephant Imperial Stout. We aged it again in a cask from Caol Ila - peated Scotch whisky from the island of Islay. But this time, the whisky was not mixed with red wine, but with noble Oloroso Sherry. The aroma is delicately smoky, with notes of iodine, seaweed, prunes, raisins and wood. The taste is soft, balanced, with a slight sweetness and a deep aftertaste.
