Equilibrium Brewery - Cosmic Proportions

We are happy to introduce Cosmic Proportions, a collaboration with Modist Brewing. Cosmic Proportions is our first beer with Omega Yeast's Cosmic Punch yeast, a thiolized strain that features vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava notes through biotransformation. Cosmic Proportions uses Nelson and Citra in the whirlpool, with a Nelson, Citra, and HBC 586 combination in the dry hop. A hazy yellow pour opens up with aromas of freeze-squeezed OJ, tropical fruit skittles, and lime wedges. Flavors of guava, passionfruit, assorted citrus, mango, green grape, and lime come together in a super pillowy texture with a pop of « EQ juice » and a balanced finish.
