Emporium Microbrasserie - Coule

New England IPA that highlights a trio of varieties that have helped cement the style in the brewing world: Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe, with a touch of Idaho 7. The concept was to use the Holy Trinity of hops of American origin, use them in different forms and work with modern hopping techniques. The result is an explosive NEIPA saturated with hops, yet retaining its juicy and balanced appearance. We note grapefruit, orange juice, bubble gum and tropical fruits, balanced by a resinous and slightly « dank » side.
