The Mind of Annapurna BA, is a imperial Chai Latté Milk Stout aged for 2 years in 2nd fill Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. 2nd fill in this case means a Bourbon finished on a Bourbon barrel. So 2 times filled with a Bourbon before our stout. The taste of the spices in the beer is more round, some vanilla and barrel notes and a nice bourbon flavour.
