This bourbon barrel aged Barleywine style ale was brewed with Maris Otter, Munich, brown sugar, and lots of caramel malt. Ten malts, a long boil, and barrel aging came together to create a complex Barleywine with notes of rich caramel, oolong tea, bruleed sugar, and well-aged spirit. This vintage of Endolith was aged in a blend of Baker's and Maker's casks for 24 months that lent a supple mouthfeel from their inclusion of rye and wheat.
