Barrel Aged Window of Opportunity returns after 25 months in a Willett barrel and an adjunct schedule of flaked coconut, cacao nibs, marshmallow, and graham cracker. This Coconut Malomar-inspired stout has aromas of bourbon-frosted brownies and big toasted coconut. Flavors of chocolate cake batter, cream of coconut and 🥃 -filled chocolate bonbons, toasted coconut macarons, and granola lead with a touch of brûléed brown sugar. A viscous mouthfeel coats your taste buds with a silky and decadent caramel honey finish that meets a deep cocoa barrel character and a touch of oaky rye spice, balancing the adjuncts with a welcomed complexity.
